The Best Glazed Ham Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1, 2 lb. fully-cooked boneless ham

  • 1/4 cup Spiced Peach jam glaze

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Let the ham sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes

  2. Use a sharp pairing knife to score through the fat or top of the ham in a cross diagonal crosshatch pattern

  3. Place the ham, flat side down, in a roasting pan or on a sheet tray with parchment paper

  4. Add a little water (about 1/4 cup) in the bottom of the pan

  5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the ham starts to open at the top (about 15 minutes per pound)

  6. Brush the ham with half of jam glaze and return to oven for another 15-20 minutes, basting the ham a couple more times.

  7. Let the ham cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing

  8. Remaining glaze can be served alongside ham
